Vietnam’s hospitality sector is actively gearing up to provide more hotel rooms and improve its F&B infrastructure and facilities in order to meet the influx of foreign and domestic visitors, and FHV2007 is more than ready to play a key role in contributing to this growth by providing a single platform for food retailers, suppliers, distributors and manufacturers, institutional caterers, consultants and management team of hospitality outlets, to source for the latest high quality hospitality products, services, equipment and technological solutions.

Vietnam Culinary Challenge
Adding to the excitement of the show is the second Vietnam Culinary Challenge organised by the Saigon Professional Chefs’ Club. The Vietnam Culinary Challenge provides an excellent platform for the promotion of culinary standards in Vietnam and presents an opportunity for culinary professionals from Vietnam and the region keen to gain valuable experience and acquire recognition within the regional culinary industry. Visitors will be able to feast their eyes on top Vietnamese chefs showcasing their artistic culinary skills in modern cuisine, witness delightful displays of culinary art, fruit and vegetable carvings, as well as a cooking extravaganza.

Food Safety Seminar
Visitors can also benefit from the FHV2007 Food Safety Seminar that will address food safety and hygiene issues that recently plagued Vietnam’s food manufacturing, retailing and F&B industries. Industry experts will engage in-depth discussions and share their insights and knowledge with delegates from the hotel, food manufacturing and retail supermarket sectors.

“Food&HotelVietnam has grown steadily since its inception in 2004. From the size of the show and the high quality of exhibiting companies and visitors, I am pleased that the show has met its key objective which is to provide a single comprehensive sourcing platform that meets the growing needs of Vietnam’s booming hospitality and F&B industries,” said Ms. Ting Siew Mui, Singapore Exhibition Services’ Project Director for FHV.
